What an incredible day Nicole, Rob and I had creating their Getty engagement photos! We were blessed with a rare Southern California day of cloudy skies and sunshine (the clouds are the rare part and I’m basically obsessed with clouds!). The color was spectacular and we all had a great time at the J. Paul Getty Museum, where Nicole and Rob had their first date.

The above image is now a gorgeous 20×30 Fine Art Canvas hanging above Nicole and Rob’s fireplace. You can see a picture that Nicole sent me of their print on in our Customer Photos gallery on Facebook. When choosing large focal-point prints for their homes, I encourage our clients to select portraits that have an interesting design and a look that stands alone.

The following photograph made for a very cool two-page spread in the engagement book we created for Nicole and Rob.

I love this series, these images are absolutely stunning! Did you use available light for all this photos or did you use off camera flash or reflectors?

Hi, Shauna! Sorry I didn’t see your comment sooner. Thank you for your kind words. This is all available light. The stone walls and floors at the museum do provide lots of great reflected light, too, though.
