When I got the call from my Agoura High School classmate, Tim, asking if I’d photograph his surprise proposal to Andrea (also a high school classmate), I knew I wanted to help. I had a wedding in Irvine the day that Tim wanted to propose, but we HAD to make this work, and we did. Tim set it up like he had a breakfast work meeting that he wanted Andrea to come along on since it was at the gorgeous Paradise Cove in Malibu. He did a brilliant job planning and staging to whole thing so it was a complete surprise. I got to play the role of private investigator, trying to go unnoticed the whole time, hiding behind palm trees, pretending to photograph scenery. It was pretty hilarious, and I’m still amazed we pulled it off! This was the beginning of a very special journey I was blessed to be a part of from proposal, to engagement portraits, to wedding photography. Thank you, Andrea and Tim, for making me a part of this amazing chapter of your lives.
