{"id":561,"date":"2010-05-18T11:00:45","date_gmt":"2010-05-18T19:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.embracelifephoto.com\/blog2\/?p=561"},"modified":"2025-04-27T19:11:29","modified_gmt":"2025-04-28T03:11:29","slug":"santa-barbara-family-portraits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.embracelifephoto.com\/blog\/portrait-photography\/santa-barbara-family-portraits\/","title":{"rendered":"Santa Barbara Family Portraits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was so excited when my friends Pat and Elizabeth asked me to create portraits of their baby girl and the three of them together.<\/p>\n<p>Pat and I were roommates in college at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara and I photographed Pat and Elizabeth&#8217;s beautiful wedding in Monterey.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s been so cool to be a part of these major milestones in their lives.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.embracelifephoto.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/santa_barbara_portrait01.jpg\" alt=\"Santa Barbara Portrait Photographer - 01\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We made these photographs into Giclee prints for Pat and Elizabeth on an incredible Fine Art paper that emulates the look and feel of the fiber based papers I used to love using in the dark room.
